Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is looking to hire Overhead /Aerial Crew Leaders for our Telecom Construction division in Columbus, Ohio!
The Aerial Telecom Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the project Foreman by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customers in the Broadband Communications industry
Responsibilities
Review plans and permits
Establish daily crew goals
Communicate with customer
Assign job duties
Monitor progress
Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
Lineman training a plus
Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
Basic Aerial Placement is desired
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
Three years related experience in construction
Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus
Prior construction experience a plus.
