Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring a Foreman in our Manassas, VA office for projects around the Hagerstown, MD area. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site, maintain a safe working environment for our Teammates, customers and public, and be accountable for quality, productivity and costs.

Responsibilities:

Review plans and permits
Establish daily crew goals
Communicate with customer
Assign job duties
Monitor progress
Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching

Requirements & Qualifications:

Trenching and Excavation

Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired

Previous natural gas construction experience is desired

Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License construction

Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired

Note: Position will be based in Manassas, VA with the majority of work taking place in and around Hagerstown, MD
