Description
JL Malone, the Best Choice in the electric power construction industry since 1969, is hiring an Office Support Assistant for our office in Albany, Georgia.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and accounting skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office tools. Experience providing office and accounting support in the construction industry is a plus.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Inventory tracking (Weekly and Monthly)
- Manages Accounts Payable (A/P) – Full cycle A/P knowledge is preferred.
- Issues purchase orders for goods and services
- Assists with payroll
- Document Filing
- Collects and analyzes data
- Invoicing
- Manages Accounts Receivable as needed
- Other office duties as assigned

We specialize in electric substations, control buildings, and electrical construction for utilities, industrial facilities, and military installations.
