Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Coax Splicers for our Santa Ana, CA office. The starting wage range for this position is $22.00 to $26.50 an hour depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
1. Place and install coax cable
2. Install passive and active devices, pedestals, vaults, or Coax splice cases
3. Climb poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as needed. Use bucket trucks as needed
4. Obtain all materials and tools needed for job completion
5. Place cable in trench
6. Read and understand site plans, maps, and diagrams needed to support project
7. Perform forward and reverse balancing, sweeping, and trouble-shooting
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1-year Coax Splicing experience required
2. Valid drivers license and clean driving record
3. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
4. Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and prints
