Accounts Receivable Admin

Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Admin for our Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities

• A/R

• Compile billing invoices

• Reconcile work orders

• Create invoices in internal and customer systems

• Communicate with customers and supervisors

• Track and maintain billing spreadsheets and estimates

• Track Aged Receivables

• Production and other office support duties as needed

• Work with Leads and OM to ensure Department is staying on task and meeting monthly goals

Requirements & Qualifications

• A/R experience preferred.

• Ideal candidate will have experience in utility construction

• Must be detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

• Demonstrate superior communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Must be extremely versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus

• Must be able to occasionally work overtime.
