Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Asphalt Miller with Class A CDL for our Phoenix, AZ office. The purpose of an Asphalt Miller at Team Fishel is to assist the Foreman in completing the project safely, on-time and within the customer’s specifications for quality, and other work as needed.



Responsibilities



  • Operates Company vehicle on a daily basis to mill asphalt and pick up spoil materials and equipment.

  • Will also work in the field with the crews completing work.



Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL Drivers license a plus

  • 2 years experience with milling and transport in the Phoenix Metro area

  • Familiarity with ADOT’s Enforcement and Compliance regulations

  • Meet all DOT requirements

  • Ability to communicate with Teammates

  • Willingness to work and follow directions

  • Has a thorough working knowledge of utility construction and installation.



Bilingual, OQ qualified and prior construction experience is a plus
