Office Lead

Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring an Office Lead for our Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Office Manager in overseeing the Administrative Team and Departments.

• Compile billing invoices

• Reconcile work orders

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Create invoices in internal and customer systems

• Communicate with customers, Division Manager and supervisors

• Track and maintain billing spreadsheets and estimates

• Blue stake

• Issue purchase orders

• Record and receive purchase orders

• Enter daily payroll

• Production and other office support duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role

• Must be able to work with high volume and meet deadlines

• Ideal candidate will have experience in utility construction

• Must be detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Demonstrate superior communication, organizational, and prioritization skills

• Must be extremely versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to occasionally work overtime

• Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus
