Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring a Division Manager of Electrical Distribution for our Richmond, VA office. The Division Manager will oversee all overhead distribution electrical construction operations and ensure work is done safely.
Duties
Manage overhead electrical construction operations for Team Fishel in the state of Virginia.
Responsible for the hiring, supervision, training and development of Teammates that meets all areas of compliance with approved policy and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of all distribution electric projects.
Assist the Area Manager in the development of short and long-term plans for the operation including budgets.
Oversee training of Teammates.
Requirements
10+ years demonstrated experience in leading electrical distribution line construction operations.
Knowledge and experience working on Dominion Energy’s electric system.
Knowledge and experience working on other electric systems in Virginia.
Must have experience as a Journeyman Electric Lineman.
