Description

Team Fishel is hiring an Office Manager for our Professional Services Group (PSG) office in Hampton, VA.  This role at Team Fishel is to supervise all office support staff with estimating, accounting and administrative functions; work directly with the Area Manager to provide support and assist in the running of a profitable, safe area office; and facilitate excellent communication with customers and Teammates.

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Degree in Accounting or Business Management is desired

  • 5 years in progressive office work experience

  • 3-5 years related experience in management or construction industry

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers

  • Notary Public

  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
