  • Team Fishel shares ⅓ of its net profits with Teammates.
  • Teammates become eligible after only 1 year of service.

Health Insurance

  • Available to full-time Teammates and their families on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment.
  • Coverage offered through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield includes medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits.

Wellness Program

  • The Program is managed by HealthCheck360.
  • Includes participation in an annual screening clinic, a health risk assessment and health coaching.
  • Participation may qualify Teammates for a preferred premium contribution rate.

Life Insurance

  • Team Fishel provides paid life insurance to all full-time Teammates.
  • Teammates may purchase additional coverage at an affordable rate.

401(k) Retirement Savings Program

  • Available to Teammates age 21 or older on the first day of the month after 2 months of employment.
  • Team Fishel will match a portion of Teammates’ contributions.

Paid Leave Benefits

  • Team Fishel provides paid time off to eligible Teammates after 90 days of employment.

Teammate Assistance Program

  • Provides counseling services to Teammates who may be experiencing personal issues.
