Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a Backhoe Operator at our Phoenix, AZ office. A Backhoe Operator at Team Fishel safely operates backhoes to complete excavation tasks of various complexity. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $32.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Must interpret stakes and signage on land for excavations.

2. Operate backhoe and bucket to complete the job in a safe and timely manner.

3. Operate company vehicles on a daily basis to deliver products, service tools, and equipment.

4. Will also work in the field with the crews completing work

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Valid Class A CDL Drivers license is a plus

2. 1-2 years experience operating a backhoe

3. Meet all DOT requirements (physical and drug testing)

4. Ability to communicate with Teammates

5. Willingness to work and follow direction

6. Has a thorough working knowledge of utility construction and installation.
