Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring Office Support for our Phoenix, AZ Shop.

Responsibilities
Create work orders
Enter notes, costs and properly close work orders
Reconcile A/R statements
Close purchase orders
Communicate with mechanics and foreman
Issue purchase orders
Record and receive purchase orders and scan
Production and other office support duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Utility construction and automotive experience a plus
Must be detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Demonstrate superior communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Must be extremely versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus
