Invoicing Specialist

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936 is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Specialist to join our Chandler, AZ team.

Job Description:
The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for executing all aspects of the invoicing process and ensuring accurate and timely billing for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and issue invoices for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness
2. Verify and reconcile billing data with project managers and other relevant departments
3. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
4. Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and communications
5. Collaborate with office and field teammates to ensure accurate financial reporting
6. Assist with closing processes

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Invoicing Specialist, Billing Specialist, or similar role in the construction industry
2. Experience with completing billing transactions using vendor invoicing portals
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
