Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Engineering, is hiring a Supervisor for our Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Inspection Team to support QA/QC and Fiber Conduit/Manhole Audit Projects in Virginia, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, Arizona and other areas to be determined for our Professional Services Group (PSG). This will require extensive travel to assigned project areas (including out-of-state locations) in order to check-in with fielded Teammates, customers and project status. Previous OSP Inspection experience is required.
The QAQC Supervisor will be responsible for a team of inspectors with the objective of ensuring that all clients' installed facilities (OSP/ISP) are up to the outlined standards and specifications. They will provide oversight and scheduling of inspection services across several active construction sites and review/process inspection reports. The Supervisor will act as the Liaison between Team Fishel, the customer, and third party contractors.
Supervisor will be required to report to the Project Manager and coordinate with on-site contractors and customers on a regular basis. The Supervisor will oversee reporting requirements to ensure communication is timely and accurate for our customers. As the team of inspectors will be assigned to remote sites, the Supervisor is expected to complete check-in visits related to project kick-off, critical inspections, and alleviating on-site inspectors as needed to support scheduling requirements. The working schedule is contingent upon the third party contractor's schedule which may require working on-site over the weekends.
